CAMEROON 🇨🇲 E'BODJE ECO CAMP DAY 280 350km

TO THE COAST NEAR EQUATORIAL GUINEA.

Came back to the fancy hotel for breakfast, but it's like $24 for the buffet and wasn't prepared to spend that on brekfast so went to their Cafe and had a toasted sandwich and two Cuppucianos and paid $27 !
Wasn't to bad at 8am exiting Yaounde and got on the P8 which had no traffic and was a wonderful ride on the twisty road through the jungle and after 180kms it suddenly changed to a single narrow lane red dirt road for 40kms. Was beautiful riding through the greenery and huge trees and dense vegetation and the track was in fairly decent shape and fun to ride.

Then back to asphalt to Kiribi where I planned to stay for the night, but did not like the hotel so rode all the way down the coast to E' Bodje Eco Camp.
Was a good decision for once cause I was able to camp on the beach and it's a little paradise.
Wasn't aware I had to camp and didn't know that there was no restaurant there so am a little screwed as I have no food. Anyhow there is a Frenchman that lives in a bungalow in the camp and he clued me in on where to pitch my tent and was real welcoming. Then there is a lady in the village that can cook for me, so that was that resolved.
There were a bunch of French kids here on a project and they were real friendly and visited me and offered some food which was appreciated.
The lady brought me two fish and some chips, some of the best fish I have eaten, I woofed that down and then was told I could get cold beer in the village, so darted up there and low and behold there was cold beer. The locals all greet you and are super friendly and welcoming.
