Was amazed to see how desered the area was on a Sunday, nobody around empty streets. I didn't do much, walked around and went to the supermarket and got some toiletries and then went to the Union Club. Had a Ceasar's Salad and a few beers and enjoyed the view over the ocean. Got back to the hotel and saw Renato again from Zebrabar and had a delicious fish dinner with him.
PALMARIN DAY 220 9-12-24
Went to Palmarin cause Renato was going there and claimed it was a nice place, well it's not. Got a bungalow (20K CFA) by the beach which is not nice, polluted with plastic which seems to be the norm here.
Rode down the toll road and then cut in to the coast. Renato had already arrived and we walked the beach and then had dinner and a few beers, he's here for ten days and I am leaving in ten hours.
