Friday's they dress smart.Phoning to try and sort out the issue with my visa.
Went to Guinea-Bissau Embassy and you have to get an e-visa but the Ambassador was kind enough to help me and warned me not to ride at night and wished me well.
Charmain did the e-visa ($82) but they claim I left out some info which is not possible as it won'tbe allow you to continue if it is not all filled out.
Wrote back to them but no reply. Walked along the beach where they want to sell you everything but leave you alone when you decline and don't harass you all the way. Am surprised at no kids begging and telling you " give me money ". English is the official language and the kids have smart uniforms and seem to be very proud that they go to school and they are the lucky one's.
FRIDAY 13th DECEMBER 2024 DAY 223
Got my Guinea-Bissau visa, embassy is two blocks away and was quick and easy. Went to bank and paid $55 and brought back receipt and my visa was issued.
Also went back to the Guinea Conarky Embassy and chatted with the Ambassador about my visa issue.
Had some chicken wings for lunch and met Phillipe aagain whom I had first met up in Noudhibou and all the talk is about visas and where to get them and each country has such different requirements, it's painful.
