EIDSDALEN TO AVEROY DAY 111 340 km

After a good night's sleep on a bed in my luxurious cabin I took the ferry across to Valldal and then to Trollstigen Pass which was closed due to unstable ground above the pass. Went to the viewing point which hangs over the cliff and is really well constructed, the welding joints to the concrete work was top notch and a pleasure to see such craftsmenship. Was so nice being there alone without people scrambling around to take selfies.

So changed my entire route for the day and won't get to see what I wanted to see. Headed back down the pass and four buses were heading up, pays to go early. So took the 650 to Alesund and from there headed N on the E39 to and then took a ferry to Molde. I tagged onto a Tesla for a long way and then realized he must be going so fast to catch the ferry, which he was . We both rode straight on and before I could take off my helmet it departed, was real fortunate. Norway and especially Iceland has so many Tesla's, every second car is a Tesla.

Then took 64 to Bud and then up the coastal road and went over the weird bridge that is so famous then to Averoya and then to the coast and found a nice campsite on the ocean which had some charm. Was a gorgeous day with no rain and dry roads all day and blue skies with sunshine all day, am hoping for this weather in Lofoton which is still days away.
