TAMALE - ONE WEEK LATER DAY 262 501km

MOLE TO TAMALE TO TOGO AND BACK TO TAMALE. IN SAME ROOM AS LAST WEEK SUNDAY !    19-1-2025

So left Mole at 8am for Togo, 400kms .

Checked out of Ghana at 1pm and no issues with customs thankfully. Was quick and easy.

Got to Togo and got stamped in then the guy  tells me he has to wait for his boss which took thirty minutes to appear. Denied entry  so depart at 4pm for Tamale to sort out the visa which is 130kms away. Got to Tamale at 6:30pm and went to Little Afrika Lodge but they were full so went back to James Reef where I was last week Sunday and got the same room. Charmain applied for my e-visa and need to wait for four days so have to change my itinerary.

Was so close but now am so far. From what I had read it was like Ghana🇬🇭, show up and get an entry stamp and is free for South Africans.

    cancel my stamp .
