Only left at 9:30am after a really good brekfast of toast and jam, some oatmeal and coffee. With five days to wait, I don't know what to do or where to go. The map showed a road along Lake Volta heading south towards Accra, so that's where I headed.
After 100kms I reached the lake and then the trail began, was not a road. The further I went the harder it got and was hoping it was going to get better around evry turn but no such luck. I was in over my head and questioned myself. Got to a rocky section that was tricky for me and then stopped and had a rest and thought of going back but then plugged ahead. After a few hours it gradually got better and better and then a real road appeared, what a relief. I don't want to do these kind of tracks, to risky for me and it was in such a remote area, was rough going and need to take care of the bike.
Was able to find a decent hotel wherever the hell I am as it was still three hours to Accra .
