People rise early here which is a change and my breakfast was waiting for me, baguette and coffee and after the hearty breakfast ,I walked it off on the beach.
Kept on wanting to see what was around the next corner on the beach and then ended up in Guinea-Bissau, so had a skinny dip and went back to Senegal, my short walk turned into three hours with no cap or water but I survived and had an 500ml ice cold beer when I got back which is much healthier thàn water.
Went back to the beach for an afternoon swim and then back again for the sunset which was lame and then had Dorado for supper. My visa for Guinea Conarky came through last night, you just never know over here what's going to happen next.
