Sat and chatted with the same guys from last nigjt and had a Moroccan pancake, my last one and two nos nos coffees and left around 9 am. Was about 100kms to the border and the Moroccan side was simply and only took thirty minutes.
Met a fixer, Arturo at the Mauritanian border and it took an hour and a half. They would not let me use my SA passport to enter, so used my US one and hope I can get into Senegal with my SA passport and all the way down.
Visa = € 55

Insurance = € 20
Rode down to the campsite in Nadihbou, run by Victor which is on the ocean and a real nice place. So am camping again at the waters edge and nice and cool.
Christine is a French lady here helping out but has lived here before and helps kids with medical issues and gets them to France for operations and what have you, anyhow she took me into town. The place is a mess, the trash, plastic water bottles everywhere and garbage everywhere, the driving is absolutely nuts, they don't stop when the dilapidated red lights show, you just keep going. Got some money from the ATM but need a sim card which i will get tomorrow.
So am going to ride the Iron Ore train and will leave on the empty one from here to Zourate and takes about twenty hours and then ride outside on the iron ore coach back, we'll see how it all works out and then camp here one more night and then leave.
