Met a French couple where I am saying that are friends with the Frenchies that shipped their bikes to Oman with me, so had coffee with them while they had breakfast and then left for Nordkapp,120kms north.
There was a cruise liner in port so Nordkapp was quite busy. Passed lots of cyclists heading there, way more than motorcyclists. The wind was blowing and quite chilly but was happy to have made it and ther was no rain all day, what more can you ask for. Now time to head south back home.
Had to return on the same road where you pass through three long tunnels, one goes under the sea to a depth of 212 metres, for 7 kms so quote a grade, poor cyclists have to risk it with all the trucks and buses and it's not lit very well.
The French cyclist saw my bike parked at where I stayed last night so was great to see him again and he was going to get to Nordkapp tomorrow.
We both departed, I headed 65 kms. south to Lakselv to a campground.
